ADAPTERS
The voltage in your room is 220V/50Hz. Adapters are available from Reception. (9)
A 10 € fee will be charge upon check-out will if not returned.
AIR CONDITIONNED
You can adjust the temperature in your room. Simply set the desired temperature using the control panel located in your room.
ALLERGIES
If you suffer from food allergies, please let the Reception know so that we can cater for your special needs at breakfast or if you require room service.

BREAKFAST
The breakfast is served downstairs at the breakfast room from the 7 till 11 am daily.

CHARGERS
A range of chargers is available for charging your mobile phones, tablets and PDAs, contact Reception to specify the type of charger you wish to borrow. (9)
There would be an extra charge on your bill if the charger is not returned.
CHECK-IN
The rooms are ready every day after 2 pm.
CHECK-OUT
The checkout is at 12 am every day. You have also the possibility to ask for a late check out till 2pm at the Reception (9) for an extra cost of 50€. The acceptance of his request depends on the room availability.
CHILDREN
Special in-room facilities are provided for children on request, either at time of booking or from Reception (9). A bed for children under the age of three years old, bottle warmer, baby change mat or high-chair are available.
COPIES
You can print or copy any document you need at the Reception. This is a free service for maximum of 10 copies. Just send us your files to our official e-mail: bonjour@hoteltoujours.paris
COURTESY
We are glad to offer you the water bottle located on your desk and a selection of tea and coffee.

DEGRADATIONS
Great care has been taken with every detail of your room’s exclusive decoration scheme. Accordingly, if any of these items were damaged accidentally, Hotel Toujours would be in the obligation to charge 100.00€ to your bill.
DO NOT DISTURB
Please, let Reception know if you do not wish to be disturbed, to prevent calls being put through to your room. You can also contact Reception (9) if you would prefer your room to be prepared at your convenience.

FIRE AND SAFETY
On arrival, please read the fire and safety instructions displayed in your room and in the hallways.
FREE DRINKS
You will find free drinks at the bar: coffee, chocolate or tea are at your disposal.

HOUSEKEEPER
A chambermaid is in charge of taking care of your room. She will clean your room, except if you hang the “Do not disturb” sign on your door. If you would like to specify a particular time for this service, please inform Reception. (9)
You can also contact reception for extra items, including: shaving kit – Toothbrush – Sweing kit - Iron and table.

INTERNET
Free Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in every room and throughout the Hotel.

KEYCARD
If you are sharing a room, please ask Reception to issue a keycard to each occupant. In addition to opening the door to your room, the keycard is also used to switch on the power, when it is inserted into the switch just inside the door as you come into your room. The keycard should be removed from the switch when you leave the room. Please do not insert any objects other than the keycard, in order to not interfere with switch operation.

LAUNDRY / DRY CLEANING
A bag is provided for this purpose at the Reception. Fill in the form, close your bag and bring them to the Reception before 11am, it could be given back on the same day.
LUGGAGE
There is a luggage room at the Reception level where you can keep your bagages during the day.
LOST ITEM
If you lost something inside your room, please contact the Reception as soon as possible. We will check it out with the Housekeeping Service and send your items by post office if you already left.

NO SMOKING
The Hotel Toujours is a non-smoking establishment. This applies to all rooms, the lobby and all indoor areas. We would ask you to comply with our smoke-free policy for everyone’s comfort and well-being. Guests who fail to adhere to this policy are reminded that smoking will set off both the smoke and fire alarms. Furthermore, if we notice tobacco odors in your room, Hotel Toujours will charge 100€ to your bill.

Dial 9 to call Reception.
To make outgoing calls, dial 0, then:
- 10-digit number (starting with 0) for mainland France
- 00, plus the country code + local dialing code + the number for all international calls.
To call another room, simply dial the room number.

An umbrella is provided at the Reception.
A 15 € fee will be charged if not returned upon check-out

If you require a wake-up call, please contact Reception (9) the day before to request the time you wish to be called at.
